This project offers a new vision for urban senior living. As part of the redevelopment of the former Conway site in northwest Portland, residential units adapted to aging-in-place are combined with studio and performance spaces on the ground floor and urban agriculture on the rooftop.

The project includes connection to two open spaces—a new public park to the east and a plaza to the north, which are linked by a covered arcade and gallery space.
