Jonah Gamblin AIA has 20 years’ of experience with project types including multi-family residential, mixed-use affordable housing, and master planning. His work is based on an attention to craft and place and the means by which architecture and design can support human experience.
Jonah is a recipient of multiple professional awards and academic fellowships and has lectured and taught at universities in Europe, USA and Canada.
Jonah earned an AB in Art History from the University of Chicago and a Masters of Architecture from Yale School of Architecture.
He is a licensed architect in Oregon.
Nicholas Papaefthimiou AIA is a licensed architect, developer and contractor with more than 20 years’ professional experience across the United States and Europe. His experience includes work with institutional, residential, and commercial clients on projects up to one million square feet.
Nicholas holds Masters Degrees in both Architecture and Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and Bachelor of Science degrees in both Architecture and Urban Planning from MIT. In addition to his professional work, Nicholas has served on multiple design and awards juries, organized and presented at numerous symposia, and served on several graduate school admission boards. He teaches courses in housing design, infill development and construction technology at both Portland State University and the University of Oregon.
He is a licensed architect in Oregon, California and Connecticut.
