The Preserve Phase 1.1 is a 25-unit, approximately 31,000 GSF development in Washougal, WA on the NW corner of a 13.09 ac parcel bounded by Main Street to the north, 32nd Street to the east, Addy Street to the south and 27th Street to the west.

The project includes 9 attached, 2-level 3 bedrooms townhouse style units along the south side of the property and 8 attached units on the north, also townhouse style, with a 1-bedroom on the lower level and a 2-bedroom on the upper level. Parking is provided by carports along a laneway which bi-sects the site and it accessed off what will be a new north-south roadway.

Along the southern part of the site is a common open space that will become part of a connected open space sequence with build-out of the master plan.
