Adaptive reuse of a five story. 25,000 gross square feet building into 34 market-rate apartments. The Oregon Casket Building was built in 1897 by the Oregon Casket Company and likely designed by Whidden and Lewis, a prominent firm in Portland from the 1890s to 1910 who design The Arlington Club, the Portland City Hall and Multnomah County Court House among other buildings.

The Oregon Casket building is in process of being listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The renovation will create 32 loft-style apartments on the upper levels and two live-work units on the ground floor.
