Locale is a 19-story multi-family residential building with 243 units, 13,000 square feet of amenities, and a ground-floor cafe and bar. Located in the heart of Surrey City Center, across from King George SkyTrain station, Locale is the first phase of Century City, a four-building master plan and one of the first high-rise, purpose built rental buildings in Surrey.

Surrey is in the middle of rapid urbanization, from car-centric suburban neighborhoods to Manhattan-level of density within less than a decade in response to a massive demand for housing in the greater Vancouver BC area. Surrey’s population has averaged 10% growth every five-years primarily driven by immigration. It is the most rapidly growing city in the G20 and one of the most diverse.
