KOIL 16 is part of Kashiwa-no-ha Smart City, a 7-million-square-foot mixed-use transit-oriented development and the largest platinum-certified LEED neighborhood development plan in the world.

The project includes retail and office space inspired by smaller-scale, entrepreneurial retail in Portland, Oregon.

KOIL 16 is a first step in a massive project intended to catalyze development and support pedestrian activity.
