Kafoury Court is a permanent supportive housing project in central NE Portland being developed by Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives. The building is intended to house senior citizens many of whom have experienced homelessness and displacement from NE Portland neighborhoods due to gentrification.

There will be 40 units over six floors with a supportive services staff space and a community room at the ground floor.

Each floor includes a common area the form of a west-facing “sun room” providing an area for gathering and community within the building.
