The project is a unique opportunity to combine a mixed-use program with a 10,000 sq ft exhibition space and a significant exterior public space on a full city block in downtown Portland.

The ambition is to create a new landmark in the city; a building that through the integration for the arts, timeless architectural design and the vibrancy of everyday life inside its walls represents our highest collective ambitions for the city.

Design studies were initiated while Jonah Gamblin was an Associate Partner with lead architect ZGF.
